SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

  

Shipping (delivery)

  

Your new cartridges are shipped to all physical street addresses in Australia where a courier can gain access, except post office boxes or parcel lockers. This is due to the delivery confirmation process, to ensure you receive your ordered product.  Post Office boxes and Parcel lockers have restricted access (so that outside courier companies cannot deliver there).

 99% of deliveries will be carried out by Fastway Couriers or a sub agent of theirs.

 You will be sent a tracking number upon dispatch or your order and you can track it at:  http://www.fastway.com.au/courier-services/track-your-parcel

 (simply enter the tracking number from your dispatch email where it says "Enter Label Number" and click the Track button)

P.O. Box delivery is available by selecting the P.O. Box delivery option on the checkout page. P.O. Box delivery, due to being provided by a Australia Post, is an additional $4.00 per order.

 We ship products every  business day there are orders, however please allow up to 2 complete business days after payment is made for the product to be despatched and you receive your tracking number. We can only control the speed in which your product leaves our warehouse, we don't have any control over the time it takes to reach you.

 

Secure Building/Appartment Buildings - Use an Alternative Address?

 These address can pose a problem for your order delivery if the receiver or their agent are not available to sign for the goods when the courier calls. You may wish to use your work address for the delivery? (as the courier companies usually deliver during business hours). Please consider your delivery address carefully to avoid possible problems and additional charges.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Re-delivery charge

In the case of a failed delivery attempt, where the delivery courier has left a card to call and/or telephoned to arrange a re-delivery, and the receiver has not responded in a timely manner, a re-delivery charge will be applied to your sale. It is the receivers responsibility to contact the local couriers agent if an attempt is made to deliver the order and the courier cannot do so because the receiver is unavailable and the delivery driver  leaves a card to call and/or telephone message.  Failure to contact the delivery courier company in a timely manner may result in the goods being returned to our warehouse and if that is due to lack of contact by the receiver, there will be a re-delivery charge payable. Re-deivery charge - $7.50 incl gst per order.

  

Shipping Cost:

Here it is...as simple and cheap as we can get it for our customers.

If your total order is equal to or more than $19.95 including gst.

Then we will include your shipping (delivery) ....FREE!!

Otherwise...The cost of delivery is $4.95 including gst for all orders less than  $19.95 including gst in total value.

Goods purchased under the Super Deal criteria, if returned due to ordering error, are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee in addition to the extra re-delivery fee for the correct products required.

 

Return Policy

Please read the following conditions before returning goods to www.inksets.com.au

 

If you order incorrect goods for your printer, we are happy to take them back with just a few conditions:

At first instance, you must email sales@inksets.com.au to advise us of the incorrectly ordered  products. (in some cases, the products may actually be usable for printers not listed on the packaging). Once we confirm the products are in fact incorrect, we will authorise the products return to be returned. NO PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR CREDIT WITHOUT PRIOR  AUTHORISATION.

Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned intact, inside their original packaging. We cannot accept any incorrectly ordered goods which have been opened or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way. Before opening the package please check and make sure the goods ordered are suitable for your printer model. (For example, check the package of a cartridge to make sure the cartridge fits your printer.) If you are not at all sure, please contact us to confirm, as sometimes certain cartridges are compatible with several different models of printers and sometimes not ALL the printer models are listed on the packages. Sometimes new printer models, that use these cartridges, are released after the packaging has been printed.

When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by labels or courier handling etc.

It is your responsibility to pay the return  freight charges. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are sent on receiver to pay will be rejected upon delivery and be left with the delivery courier.

All incorrectly ordered goods returned to www.inksets.com.au will incur a $6 restocking fee to partially cover the original packaging and delivery.

If the correct goods you require are available from www.inksets.com.au and you have an account with us, then a Credit will be added to your account. If you do not have an account or purchased under a guest account, then we will refund the credit amount to your bank account when your return products are received and checked.

You may return incorrectly ordered product within 30 days of receipt, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened and not marked in any way. If they have not been purchased within this period, then we cannot accept them back.

 

Faulty goods can be returned with these conditions:

At first instance, you must email sales@inksets.com.au to advise us of any possibly faulty products, as we might need information from the manufacturer confirming the fault.

There also may be some operator error in the installation of the cartridges that will easily remedy the issue.

As a rule we do not give credits for returns where the goods are over 6 months old from the invoice date. This is due to manufacturers time restraints and the Australian climate, not our wishes.

If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.

All cartridges must be sealed and secured to ensure they do not leak or get lost in transit.

It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges(unless otherwise agreed). It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are sent on receiver to pay will be rejected upon delivery and be left with the delivery courier.

 

You may be required to send a screenshot of and fault notices displayed buy the printers operating software, to help locate any issue that could be remedied.

 

In the case of suspected faulty cartridges: Once we have received the cartridges, we will then evaluate them and contact you to advise the result.

 

We are sympathetic when it comes to returns and will consider all requests for returns which do not meet these criteria on a case by case basis.

REFUNDS / CREDITS:

Refunds:

When a refund is confirmed by www.inksets.com.au, it will be refunded to the account holders bank account within 5 business days, however, in many cases you will receive the refund faster because it depends on how long it takes us to receive the appropriate bank information.

 

Credits:

Credit will be added to your store account for your next purchase, or re-ordering the correct products for our printer. The store credit applied to your account will show at the time of checkout. You will be notified that the store credit has been added to your account.
